Oversee the delivery of advice services in the East New Forest area, ensuring they are accessible, high-quality, and meet the needs of the local community.
Job Responsibility:
Managing advice services across local offices and outreach locations
Leading a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with local partners, including councils, health services, and housing associations
Monitoring service performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement
Contributing to local and national campaigns, using client data to influence positive change
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing an advice service or a similar operational environment
Confident in working with quality frameworks, ensuring standards are consistently met and promptly addressing any areas of non‑compliance
An experienced people manager with the ability to inspire, support and motivate teams
Proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent organisational skills
Strong experience in community outreach and developing effective partnerships
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the Citizens Advice network is desirable
