Job Description:

In this Advice Coach role, you will be providing dedicated support and coaching to the team leaders and managers within the General Advice division. In this capacity, you will leverage your expertise in advice and superannuation to offer practical and hands-on coaching. Your primary objective will be to enhance the quality and compliance of work produced by both consultants and advisers, with the view to maximise their potential and deliver better outcomes and experience for the members.

Job Responsibility:

Providing dedicated support and coaching to the team leaders and managers within the General Advice division
Leveraging expertise in advice and superannuation to offer practical and hands-on coaching
Enhancing the quality and compliance of work produced by both consultants and advisers
Maximising potential and delivering better outcomes and experience for the members

Requirements:

5+ years experience working in the financial advice industry
Strong coaching / training experience
Strong technical skills around advice and more specifically superannuation
Great understanding of compliance frameworks in the advice industry
Very good communication skills
Relevant tertiary degree (commerce, finance, accounting or law)
