Job Responsibility:

  • Providing advice through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintaining accurate case records
  • Advocating for students at meetings, ensuring processes are fair and policies are followed
  • Offering welfare support during times of crisis, using professional judgement to create effective plans
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver campaigns and events that raise awareness of key student issues
  • Building strong networks
