Job Responsibility

Provide over-indebted Londoners with free, face-to-face advice that is accurate, effective, and tailored to individuals’ circumstances
Maintain detailed case records
Keep up to date with legislation, policies, and procedures
Undertake appropriate training
Conduct detailed interviews to understand clients’ financial problems
Research options and help clients make informed decisions
Ensure income maximisation
Provide ongoing casework support
Act on behalf of clients where necessary
Complete continuous professional development
