Are you passionate about supporting others? Join our dynamic client, where you'll provide vital advice and guidance to students, helping them navigate challenges and succeed in their academic journey. This is a full time permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing advice through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintaining accurate case records
  • Advocating for students at meetings, ensuring processes are fair and policies are followed
  • Offering welfare support during times of crisis, using professional judgement to create effective plans
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver campaigns and events that raise awareness of key student issues
  • Building strong networks

Requirements:
