You’ll combine individual contribution with leadership to execute outbound strategies, coach your team, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You’ll help build and scale our presence in India by cultivating strong relationships with top brands and agencies.
Job Responsibility:
Actively prospect and close new business opportunities across key verticals
Manage and support a team of sales managers to achieve individual and team goals
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and networking
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position solutions effectively
Monitor sales KPIs, forecast performance, and report regularly on progress
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to boost efficiency
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Digital / Ad Tech sales with a proven track record of closing new business
Strong existing relationships within the agency and brand landscape in the region
A hunter mindset with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development
Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales
Nice to have:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies
Exposure to both individual contribution and team management responsibilities
