As an Advertising Sales Team Lead on the Sales team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth and leading a team of sales professionals to success. You’ll combine individual contribution with leadership to execute outbound strategies, coach your team, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You’ll help build and scale our presence in India by cultivating strong relationships with top brands and agencies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively prospect and close new business opportunities across key verticals
  • Manage and support a team of sales managers to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and networking
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecast performance, and report regularly on progress
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to boost efficiency

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital / Ad Tech sales with a proven track record of closing new business
  • Strong existing relationships within the agency and brand landscape in the region
  • A hunter mindset with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales
