We’re looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our DACH Growth team in Berlin or London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, prospecting and closing deals, and driving significant revenue growth in the DACH market. You’ll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
Job Responsibility:
Driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising deals
Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to activation
Generating a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities
Building long-term relationships with key players in the DACH digital advertising market
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
Participating in key industry events and conferences
Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Product, and Support
Requirements:
Native or professional fluency in German and English
Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
A proven track record in B2B sales and / or performance marketing
Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
Nice to have:
Experience in ad tech, social media marketing or general performance advertising
Understanding of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
