Job Responsibility:
Inbound Management: Directly handle all initial inbound inquiries up to the 1:1 consultation stage, ensuring rapid and professional response times
SDR & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new advertiser contacts (Brands & Agencies)
execute initial outreach using established strategic templates
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with global teams, including CRT (Creative), Policy, and Product, to identify and resolve account-level or campaign bottlenecks
Global Synergy: Facilitate communication between local sales and global technical teams to streamline processes
Sales Material Production: Support the creation of professional pitch decks, case studies, and specialized proposals by handling design and data visualization
Trend Analysis: Gather and synthesize regular industry reports to keep the team updated on market trends
“What Works” Insights: Analyze Taboola campaign data to provide actionable insights for immediate application in sales pitches
Daily Operations: Utilize a professional tool suite, including Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, and Gmail, to manage daily tasks and pipeline accuracy
