The team is growing rapidly, and they are now looking for a second Sales Director to play a pivotal role in driving the brand launch. The key is all around driving new business, building relationships with leading brands and agencies, and helping shape the platform’s growth from the ground up. You’ll be joining a fully funded, founder-led startup with experienced leadership, a collaborative culture, and big ambitions to redefine digital advertising.
Job Responsibility:
Drive UK growth by identifying and securing brand and agency partnerships
Build and maintain strong client relationships across the advertising ecosystem
Present, pitch, and negotiate partnership deals with senior stakeholders
Work closely with leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategy
Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the UK business
Requirements:
Proven track record in partnerships, business development, or media sales
MUST have an existing network across digital advertising, media, or with brands directly
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of the UK advertising and creator landscape
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Passion for innovation, technology, and the creator economy
