This position is responsible for developing and executing advertising programs and monetization strategies for T-Ads and its clients. The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application via execution and enablement platforms within the T-Ads advertising stack. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute monetization strategies for owned and operated media
Develops, conducts, and monitors configuration tests including ad formats and SSP integration and placements experiments
Identify product gaps, technical challenges, and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting
Assist in communication with external partners and cross-functional teams
Gain and maintain overall industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices
Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM
3-4 years of experience in Ad Operations with a thorough understanding of header bidding, SSPs, APS
Experience in either a publisher or an advertising agency
