Job Description:

This position is responsible for developing and executing advertising programs and monetization strategies for T-Ads and its clients. The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application via execution and enablement platforms within the T-Ads advertising stack. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute monetization strategies for owned and operated media
  • Develops, conducts, and monitors configuration tests including ad formats and SSP integration and placements experiments
  • Identify product gaps, technical challenges, and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Assist in communication with external partners and cross-functional teams
  • Gain and maintain overall industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices
  • Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM
  • 3-4 years of experience in Ad Operations with a thorough understanding of header bidding, SSPs, APS
  • Experience in either a publisher or an advertising agency
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification
  • Google Ad Manager certification
