Job Description

This role leads advertising operations to develop and execute monetization strategies for digital media platforms and clients. It involves applying monetization techniques and managing execution platforms to optimize advertising program outcomes. The role requires collaboration across the organization to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of advertising solutions. Success is measured by maximizing revenue yield, achieving client key performance indicators, and maintaining operational efficiency. The work supports organizational revenue goals and enhances client satisfaction through optimized advertising delivery and performance analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement monetization strategies using first-party platforms to maximize revenue and meet client objectives
  • Serve as a strategic client-facing partner, translating client objectives and KPI goals into actionable campaign plans while providing hands-on support, platform expertise, and performance guidance to internal activation teams throughout campaign execution
  • Analyze advertising product performance and identify gaps to recommend improvements and escalate issues appropriately
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify new monetization opportunities and operational efficiencies to be captured through product updates and process changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM
  • 2-4 years Ad Operations experience in a publisher or an advertising agency
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future
  • Must be an effective communicator to provide clear guidance on campaign strategy, execution, and performance
  • Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth
  • One or more: DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification
  • Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
