Job Description

This job involves coordinating and executing advertising operation tasks to support high-volume campaigns. It ensures the accuracy and efficiency of order processing within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role contributes to workflow enhancements and problem resolution.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing high-volume, complex advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy across various business lines
  • Managing client order and revision entry with operational support in scheduling platforms and ensuring workflow continuity
  • Auditing orders and revisions for accurate discounting, fee application, and adherence to data governance standards
  • Monitoring campaign automation to align with daily service timelines and uphold service level agreements
  • Developing expertise in order and revision workflow processes, including troubleshooting automation-flagged issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance customer experience
  • Contributing to automation and process efficiency improvements within the advertising operations domain
  • Utilizing analytical skills to identify and address campaign-related issues, ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
