Job Description:

As an Advertising Monetisation Manager, you will be the go-to person and represent the advertising team for all advertising monetisation aspects for Miniclip games. You will be responsible for supporting portfolio studios with their advertising monetisation strategy as well as design, execute and optimise in-game formats and placements to improve overall ad ARPDAU.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop, together with Product and Game Design for our M1 studios, a world-class gameplay experience based on a deep understanding of advertising monetisation, game metrics and KPI’s with the goal of improving overall monetisation
  • Own the ad monetisation strategy for assigned titles (in partnership with the Monetisation Lead)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on your games and execute optimisations to drive improvements across ad monetisation KPI’s
  • Track and report eCPM, ARPDAU, fill rate, impressions and other ad KPIs
  • Create and maintain ad network integrations and mediation waterfalls
  • Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests (with Product & BI) to improve ad ARPDAU
  • Analyse results, scale winners and iterate on learnings
  • Work closely with Ad Tech, Product, BI, QA and Engineering to prioritize and deliver ad improvements
  • Communicate test plans, results and operational issues clearly to internal teams
  • Build strong advertising industry intelligence efforts and ensure monetisation best practices are documented and shared with the team and the wider business

Requirements:

  • Ideally someone with ad operation/programmatic experience
  • Familiarity with ad networks, mediation platforms and basic ad tech concepts (ad mediation platforms, waterfalls, eCPM, fill, ad frequency)
  • Comfortable with basic product / analytical work: tracking KPIs, reading dashboards, and contributing to A/B tests
  • Experience in managing and delivering cross-functional projects
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Experience in supporting decisions based on complex data analysis
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • Comprehensive understanding of ad technology and the advertising ecosystem
  • Good communicator, able to own network relationships and explain technical/analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional team player

Nice to have:

  • Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems and economies is desirable
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Mobile Games industry is desirable
