At Taboola, we don’t need someone who just agrees with everything a client says. We need a commercial partner who is bold enough to challenge a client’s strategy if it means getting them better results. You should be the kind of person who builds relationships across an entire team within an agency or brand – not just with one person to ensure our partnership is stable and growing.
Job Responsibility:
Onboarding & Management: Get new clients started on the right foot and maintain daily contact with our most important enterprise partners
Performance Optimization: You will spend time on the data. If a campaign isn’t performing, you will try to find a way to fix it. If it is performing, you find ways to scale it
Managing Expectations: You will need to be honest with clients about what works on our platform. By setting clear boundaries and goals, you bring more value to the client and to Taboola
Internal Collaboration: You’ll work with Sales to transition new business and provide direct feedback to our Product and Support teams to improve our tools
Requirements:
At least 5 years in a client-facing role within digital advertising or online media
Native or fluent in Polish with the ability to work professionally in English
Tech-savvy enough to launch and control campaign setup, tracking, and optimization quickly
Know how to navigate large organizations and build trust beyond the initial point of contact
