This role is crucial for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing advertisers’ content performance across the content moderation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently to set and achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Advertiser Success Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering insights and recommendations to help them scale their campaigns and improve content quality.

Job Responsibility

  • Improve content approval rates and reduce disapprovals or compliance flags
  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve creative approval and performance
  • Serve as the point of contact for advertisers, providing proactive updates on creative performance and moderation issues through direct chat-based communication
  • Analyze content performance data, identify trends, seek for opportunities and suggest content refresh strategies
  • Collaborate with the Policy setting and account management teams to align on scaling strategies and business goals
  • Track key metrics (e.g., compliance, approvals, creative health) and maintain dashboards or reports
  • Demonstrate strong independence and the ability to set and achieve personal goals within a collaborative team structure

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with Client success, Account management or Ad operations, facing Success management
  • Proven track record of client direct communication and driving measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of content moderation and platform policies
  • Experience in ad tech, creative optimization, or content compliance is preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and use it to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in using BI tools, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • Good work ethic, cultural awareness, creative problem solving, proactivity
  • Previous experience in account management is a plus
