Job Description

The Turkey Enterprise Advertiser team is on an aggressive growth trajectory — bringing in high-profile clients and expanding our footprint in one of the region's most exciting and fast-moving markets. We're looking for a hunter. Someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to land in their lap, who picks up the phone, gets in the room, and closes. If your instinct is to chase, pitch and win — and you have the track record to prove it — this role is for you. The successful candidate will identify, engage and cement large brand and performance partnerships, and work with major media agency networks across Turkey. Displaying a consultative style, you must be an exceptional communicator — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders across clients and Taboola teams — but make no mistake: this is a sales role, and results are what count.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Developing and executing a customer-led strategy with top brands and media agencies across Turkey
  • Presenting and selling Taboola's advertising products in sponsored content and video brand placements
  • Developing and delivering a strategy and accurately forecasting new business closure rates
  • Working closely with your team lead to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interacting with the account management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management

Requirements

  • Native Turkish is a must
  • An obsessive sales drive
  • Major plus: prior experience selling into or working closely with advertisers in key verticals such as automotive, banking, travel or e-commerce
  • 3+ years of strong advertising sales experience focused on direct marketers, brands and agencies
  • knowledge of the Turkish media agency and brand landscape is essential
  • A proven track record of delivering results and successfully closing negotiations with senior decision-makers
  • A genuine passion for digital advertising and the ability to build strategic, long-term partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills to drive influence with concise, data-backed messaging
  • Established relationships within the Turkish agency and brand ecosystem are expected
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
