We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Content Success Specialist to join our Global Content Review Team. This role is a critical partner to our advertisers and their Account Managers, sitting at the intersection of policy, performance, and creative strategy. In this role, you won’t just react to problems—you’ll prevent them. You will deeply understand a portfolio of advertiser accounts, continuously monitor their content performance data, and provide strategic, actionable guidance to improve creative approval rates and overall campaign health. You will be the subject-matter expert on content compliance, helping advertisers clients and our internal Account Managers navigate policies to achieve their business goals without friction.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve creative approval and performance for a dedicated portfolio of key advertiser accounts
  • Monitor dashboards daily to proactively identify risks and performance, surfacing issues before they escalate and uncover opportunities for creative optimization
  • Analyze content performance data to identify performance trends and suggest refresh strategies that align with platform policies and business goals
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert linking Policy and Account Management teams, interpreting compliance guidelines to support advertiser success
  • Track key metrics (e.g., compliance, approvals, creative health) and maintain dashboards or reports to inform recommendations
  • Contribute insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings by maintaining a deep understanding of assigned accounts and their content performance

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, Ad Operations) with direct client communication
  • Strong understanding of content moderation and platform policies
  • Experience in ad tech, creative optimization, or content compliance is preferred
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use it to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in using BI tools, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with global teams/ a remote supervisor
