We are looking for a driven Advertisement & Growth Manager to lead paid acquisition strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This position focuses on optimizing campaign performance, improving lead conversion rates, and driving measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Develop creative strategies to enhance ad effectiveness and drive revenue growth
Optimize digital product funnels, including webinar funnels, to increase lead-to-sale conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid acquisition efforts with broader business objectives
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Identify trends and implement strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape
Test and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies to maximize ROI
Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices and industry standards
Proactively identify and address challenges to maintain consistent growth
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and conversion rates
Proven ability to optimize digital product funnels, including webinar funnels
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and revenue generation
Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform creative decisions
Must live within 90 miles of Holly Springs, Georgia for occasional in-person meetings
Nice to have:
Familiarity with TikTok Ads and evergreen sales systems is highly preferred
Experience running ads for digital courses or online education businesses is a plus
