Adventure Instructor

• Delivering top class experiences to our members and guests
• Being instrumental in the set up and delivery of newest experiences including Clay Pigeon Shooting, Fly Fishing and Off-Road Driving

• Experience in a similar role and experience leading adults and children in an outdoor setting
• Full clean EU drivers’ licence and be aged 25 or above
• Wide knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic

Experience of working in the great outdoors with groups of varying sizes and in a number of the above experiences (Archery, Axe Throwing, Air Rifle Shooting, Tree Climbing, Off Road Driving, Stables and Lead Rein Riding, Bush Craft and Walking tours)
