Job Description:

Greets guests on the docks. Safely transports guests to and from Adventure Camp and/or between drop off points utilizing the route established by the company. Provides a narrated tour using accurate, quality information while transporting the guests. May accompany the guests as an escort throughout the tour to serve as the primary contact for the guests throughout the excursion or may return to the dock for the next group. Plays a key role in ensuring the guests are completely satisfied with their excursion experience.

Job Responsibility:

Greets guests on the docks
Safely transports guests to and from Adventure Camp and/or between drop off points
Provides a narrated tour using accurate, quality information
May accompany guests as an escort throughout the tour
Ensures guests are completely satisfied with their excursion experience
Communicates accurate information to appropriate staff
Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver License) with Passenger endorsement
Valid Medical Certificate
Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
Must be 21 years of age
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be willing to work with dogs on a daily basis
Must not be allergic to dogs
Certified or able to get certified in First Aid/CPR
Legally eligible to work in the US
CDL or ability to attain one
