Job Responsibility

Play a critical role in product development by using customer insights to inspire teams to deliver experiences that solve customer problems
Interface with customers to gather critical data that guide your design recommendations
Apply your user experience design (UXD) and human factors (HF) background and creative problem solving to lead new UXD/HF efforts within project teams
Leverage other BD business units’ community of UXD practice to align processes
Guide HF vendors and/or contractors in prioritized work for usability testing, user research, or industrial design
Lead the definition, design, and execution of UXD/HF activities throughout product development
Work with stakeholders to update UXD/HF processes for BDB’s products
Represent and advocate for UXD on complex programs by elevating customers’ needs

At least 10 years of hands-on, professional applied human factors engineering experience in product design

Job Responsibility
