Hours: 36.75 hours per week (Full-time & Part-time options available, minimum 3 days including Tuesdays & Fridays). Contract: Term-time only. We are seeking ambitious, motivated educators looking to elevate their careers by joining a specialist educational facility as a Trainee SEN / CABAS Teacher (also known as an SEN Behaviour Analyst). Instead of just managing a classroom, you will receive extensive, fully funded training to become a specialist in behaviourally-based teaching. Working 1:1 and in small groups with autistic pupils, you will use specialised support plans to accelerate learning and make a direct, measurable impact on their lives. Industry-recognised certified training in PROACT-SCIPr-UK® behaviour management, Safeguarding, First Aid, and Leadership & Line Management.
