Job Responsibility

Manage the attorney's calendar, including scheduling client meetings, depositions, hearings, and case-related appointments

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring timely updates and easy accessibility for the attorney
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on their cases and assisting with obtaining necessary documentation or records
Handle phone calls, emails, and case inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
Conduct preliminary case research, gather records, and prepare materials like case summaries, exhibits, and witness information for depositions, hearings, and trials

Assist the attorney with navigating regulations and statutes within the workers' compensation field
