Job Description

We currently have a Bank opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Brightons, near Polmont, Falkirk. In this role you will be supporting a young lady to live independently in her own home and work with a tailored care and support plan to meet her individual needs. The lady we support here has a mild learning disability and more recently has been diagnosed with PTSD due to trauma. The staff team are trained in Trauma informed care, PTSD awareness and skin integrity.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting people with complex needs is essential
  • Applicants with a SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care would be highly desirable
  • A driver would be preferred
  • Female colleague is required as a genuine occupational requirement
