Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for Advanced Support Workers to join a Brand New service in Culcheth, Warrington. The role involves supporting two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, complex health needs and behavioural needs. You'll be part of a small, dedicated team supporting just two people, giving you the time, space and continuity to build genuine relationships and provide truly person-centred care. The staffing model includes 2 staff on shift during the day, 1 waking night, and 1 sleep-in shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, complex health needs and behavioural needs to live happy, fulfilled and independent lives
  • Building genuine relationships and provide truly person-centred care
  • Being part of a small, dedicated team
  • Shifts include days and sleep-ins only
  • Mentoring and sharing skills and experiences with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care
  • Experience in social care (if no qualification)
