As an Advanced/Senior Network Engineer at the Solution Provider, you will play a pivotal role in managing the network infrastructure of an organization, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and reliability. This is a fully remote position for 20-30 hours per week, for a 2-4 week engagement. We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support complex, project-based initiatives across enterprise data center environments.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years as a Senior Network Engineer in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in: Data Center Switching & Routing, BGP (iBGP / eBGP) and OSPF design and operations, Multi-fabric architectures, VXLAN / EVPN overlays, Microsegmentation design and implementation
  • Proven experience with: Greenfield and brownfield migrations and Large-scale network transformations
  • Overlay / Fabric Technologies: EVPN, VXLAN, VNI, VTEP, VRF segmentation and multi-tenancy
  • Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, ECMP, IGMP
