Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience
  • Role modelling service and selling standards to provide outstanding customer experience
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
  • Training and coaching team
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process
  • Share best practices to drive overall store team performance
