Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Recruiter to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hiring processes and demonstrate a strong ability to review and assess candidates' backgrounds effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Conduct thorough reviews of resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience
  • Manage the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored approaches to meet them
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find suitable candidates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process
