We are looking for an experienced Advanced Recruiter to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hiring processes and demonstrate a strong ability to review and assess candidates' backgrounds effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Conduct thorough reviews of resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience
Manage the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored approaches to meet them
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find suitable candidates
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process
Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities for reporting purposes
Build and maintain relationships with potential talent to create a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, fostering a positive experience
Monitor hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data to continually improve processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and best practices
Exceptional ability to review and assess candidate qualifications
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
