Job Responsibility:
Participation in Q‑Gate meetings with the management team
Coordination of quality requirements with the customer
Development of advanced quality plans with customers, suppliers, the production plant team, and central departments
Creation of quality plans, verification of product manufacturability, collaboration in design activities, and process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision through completion, ensuring costs remain within the planned budget
Quality improvement through continuous product analysis in collaboration with the product team
Primary quality interface with the customer during development phases and initial production of new projects
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA, the Brose Product Development Process, and other customer or federal government‑regulated standards
Maintenance of internal and customer documentation for quality records
Support to the production team in resolving issues related to serial production
Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision of implementation
Quality improvement through continuous product analysis
Primary quality interface with the customer during development and production phases
Requirements:
5 years of experience in similar position or related field
Strong ability to present information clearly and effectively
