Job Responsibility

  • Participation in Q‑Gate meetings with the management team
  • Coordination of quality requirements with the customer
  • Development of advanced quality plans with customers, suppliers, the production plant team, and central departments
  • Creation of quality plans, verification of product manufacturability, collaboration in design activities, and process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision through completion, ensuring costs remain within the planned budget
  • Quality improvement through continuous product analysis in collaboration with the product team
  • Primary quality interface with the customer during development phases and initial production of new projects
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA, the Brose Product Development Process, and other customer or federal government‑regulated standards
  • Maintenance of internal and customer documentation for quality records
  • Support to the production team in resolving issues related to serial production
  • Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision of implementation
  • Quality improvement through continuous product analysis
  • Primary quality interface with the customer during development and production phases

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in similar position or related field
  • Strong ability to present information clearly and effectively
  • English Fluent is mandatory to be considered
