This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to step confidently into advanced practice, combining hands on specialist work with leadership responsibilities. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will manage a small caseload of complex children’s and adult cases across Adult Social Care, carrying out comprehensive assessments, recommending interventions, and ensuring high quality, person centred outcomes for residents. You’ll act as a clinical expert in your field, using sound professional judgement to support effective decision making and robust risk management. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will play a key role in the operational running of the service. You’ll support the Team Manager in leading and motivating a multi disciplinary workforce, deputising where required, and driving high standards of performance, service improvement, data integrity, and you will have be expected to manage projects. This role is ideal for a practitioner seeking to grow into management while remaining closely connected to frontline practice.

Requirements:
HCPC registration
substantial post qualification experience including delivering complex assessments and interventions within varied settings
deep understanding of legislation, safeguarding principles, risk management, managing project and service improvement knowledge and skills
excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
