The APP provides primary or acute healthcare services for acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. In this role, you will: Be a vital part of our fast-paced, patient-centered express care clinic. You'll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population of all ages, ranging from routine care to urgent care needs. Enjoy a variety of clinical services. You'll be challenged and engaged with a wide range of cases, including but not limited to: Acute illnesses and injuries; Strains, Sprains and uncomplicated fractures; Minor procedures; Collaborate with a supportive team.
