Organize and prioritize patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient
Document the nursing care plan and incorporate the nursing process following the standard of care for patient care area
Document changes in patient condition and response to interventions within established timeframes
Demonstrate accountability for own ethical behavior
Serve as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices
Demonstrate the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition
