Job Description:

SP (Advanced Optimization Specialists) is a specialized consultative team that provides optimization services to SMB sellers. Our mission is to accelerate revenue and increase seller efficiency through data driven- sales initiatives, campaign performance insights, and scalable tool infrastructure. As an SP Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert within a designated product or optimization area, supporting regional sales and partner teams through advanced analysis, insights, and recommendations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping sellers and Account Managers improve performance through proactive and reactive support, structured insights, and high-quality- enablement resources. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Enablement (L&D), and Regional SP Leadership to identify opportunities, address seller knowledge gaps, and continuously improve seller and advertiser outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Maintain subject matter expert certification twice annually
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for your designated product or optimization area
  • Host weekly forums (office hours) providing walk-up support to the sales floor
  • Provide feedback on technical and product related- sales training in partnership with Sales Enablement (L&D), including delivering training sessions as needed
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from the regional sales team to surface trends, performance gaps, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present insights to review team progress, impact, and business outcomes
  • Resolve reactive support tickets submitted by Account Managers or Partner Managers via Salesforce (or Zendesk), adhering to established SLAs
  • Proactively create support tickets and outreach plans when analysis identifies low pitch rates, win rates, or performance risks
  • Provide consultative support while client facing sales calls alongside Account Managers when required
  • Identify optimization opportunities and operational gaps and communicate findings to the Regional SP Lead
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track performance, pacing, trends, and improvement areas related to your subject area
  • Communicate performance results, learnings, and opportunities back to sales and leadership stakeholders
  • Own troubleshooting and quality assurance of recommendation exports and analyses
  • Collect ongoing feedback from sales representatives on the effectiveness of subject-matter recommendations
  • Partner with Sales Enablement (L&D) to identify training needs related to SP tools, products, and optimization strategies
  • Develop content and materials to support regional sellers specific to your area of expertise
  • Maintain and continuously improve regional SP resources and documentation
  • Provide relevant resources and insights to support sales managers and functional leads in managing rep pipelines
  • In partnership with content POCs, own internal and external communications related to recommendations tied to your subject area
  • Ensure recommendations are clearly positioned, actionable, and aligned to seller performance goals
