We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a busy and expanding Integrative Health Centre in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and clinically confident practitioner to play a key leadership role within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape innovative clinical services as the organisation prepares to move into a purpose-built, modern practice designed to enhance both patient experience and staff wellbeing.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care for registered patients
Provide leadership and clinical oversight to Practice Nurses and HCAs
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance requirements
Lead chronic disease management clinics and health promotion initiatives to support improved QOF performance
Work as an Independent Prescriber to support patient pathways and clinical decision-making
Mentor and support colleagues through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance development reviews
Collaborate with Practice Managers and Clinical Leads to identify population health needs and implement service improvements
Support staff development and career progression alongside the Learning & Experience team
Requirements:
Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner with demonstrable advanced practice experience
Experienced within primary care or general practice (urgent care backgrounds with transferable skills will also be considered)
A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and support teams
An excellent communicator with a compassionate, patient-centred approach
Adaptable, resilient, and able to work flexibly across sites where required
Nice to have:
Teaching or mentorship qualification
Minor illness and chronic disease management training
Independent Prescriber qualification
Family planning and women’s health qualifications
