Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a GP practice in Redcar on a flexible locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ANP looking for regular sessions with the flexibility to fit around existing commitments. Location: Redcar. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 2 months. Sessions: 3 per week. Flexible working pattern: 2 full days and 1 half day, or 3 morning sessions. Days can be arranged to suit the practice and clinician. 15-minute face-to-face consultations. Clinical System: SystemOne.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality face-to-face consultations within a primary care setting
  • Assess, diagnose and manage patients independently within your scope of practice
  • Prescribe where appropriate and provide evidence-based treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using SystemOne
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centred care

Requirements

  • Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Previous experience working within UK General Practice
  • Experience using SystemOne
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
