Job Responsibility:
Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice
You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required
Requirements:
Experience in a Primary Care setting
NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber
Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered
What we offer:
Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata
