Job Responsibility:

  • Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
  • Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Primary Care setting
  • NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
  • It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered
