Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? Our Healthy Homes (Disrepair) team has an exciting opportunity for you to join as an Advanced Multi-skilled Operative operating in our South region, based out of our Eastleigh office. You'll be responsible for the delivery of maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set. Ideally you will be proficient in plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and some external trades i.e. roofing and brickwork. Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it's very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide. Your day-to-day tasks will include carrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you'll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your 'can do' attitude to provide a high-quality, 'right first time' service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
