Job Responsibility

  • Overall planning and establishment of cooperation and communication mode between Engineering team and other external functional departments when developing new products
  • Coordinate team to connect various function groups for handover of NPI to MP, evaluate and feedback its feasibility
  • Manage and Guide the team to analyze the product and improve the yield and determine the direction of product feasibility
  • Guide the team to monitor all AME production equipment, ensure production smooth, continuously optimize to reduce downtime caused by process or equipment
  • Evaluate the feasibility of equipment ability and process requirement
  • Cooperate with team to improve manufacture efficiency, reduce labor cost, increase equipment utilization, etc
  • Equipment maintenance, replacement of parts, process improvement, and technical supervision, control mass production cost
  • Introduce and Promote Lean Manufacturing to the team
  • Review related documents, Procedure and standard of operation
  • Team personnel development planning, performance evaluation and management of company leadership policy advocacy and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Have 8 years or above electronic product assembly, experience on FATP, equipment software logic and equipment maintenance, repairment
  • Have the abilities of good judgment, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, planning and execution
  • Have the ability to evaluate the feasibility of new product independently, as well as, evaluate the feasibility analysis of NPI changeover to MP
  • Be familiar with Lean Manufacturing, automation production line structure, with related experience
  • Familiar with DFM, DFA, process capabilities, with but not limited to dispensing, hot pressing, cold pressing, ultrasonic welding, laser welding and other related experience
  • Be well rich in professional knowledge, familiar with equipment of electronic industry and drawing software skill, know equipment character
  • If the project needs, can accept domestic and foreign travel arrangements, special circumstances a single trip time
