Job Description

You’ll be joining the Developer Collaboration Services Team. We enable 150k Citi employees across the globe to collaborate more efficiently. Our focus is on providing Jira and Confluence services to the firm. We work closely with developers, engineers and non-technology employees to help them be more productive with the use of the aforementioned Atlassian tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Automation of utilities to support the migration
  • Working with Jira and Confluence teams to ensure migrations are as seamless as possible
  • Performing data analysis to track usage and measure improvement in productivity of teams that are on Atlassian Cloud
  • Shaping how we use Atlassian Cloud
  • Ensuring project schemes, workflows, automations are designed to make users more productive

Requirements

  • Experience with Jira and the use of its API’s
  • Good understanding of common developer tools such as Git, Jenkins and Jira with a clear understanding of how to apply them in CI/CD
  • Comfortable working in a Unix/Linux environment with experience in scripting automation
  • Good communication skills
  • Jira / Confluence API’s
