Job Description:

You’ll be joining the Developer Collaboration Services Team. We enable 150k Citi employees across the globe to collaborate more efficiently. Our focus is on providing Jira and Confluence services to the firm. We work closely with developers, engineers, and non-technology employees to help them be more productive with the use of the aforementioned Atlassian tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Automation of utilities to support the migration
  • Working with Jira and Confluence teams to ensure migrations are seamless
  • Performing data analysis to track usage and measure improvement in productivity
  • Shaping how we use Atlassian Cloud
  • Ensuring project schemes, workflows, automations are designed to make users more productive

Requirements:

  • Experience with Jira and its APIs
  • Good understanding of common developer tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Jira
  • Comfortable working in a Unix/Linux environment
