Job Description:

This role will be responsible for maintaining React based applications, converting apps from Angular to React, and automating Jira functions and utilities. The position requires experience with React and Angular frameworks, Java, JIRA, and the use of its APIs. A good understanding of developer tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins with a clear understanding of how to apply them to ALM processes.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining and enhancing the Delegated Action Group (DAG) web based application
Automation of utilities to support the Jira Cloud migration
Working with Jira and Confluence teams to ensure migrations are as seamless as possible
Performing data analysis to track usage and measure improvement in productivity of teams that are on Atlassian Cloud
Liaising with and supporting developers
Gathering requirements
Documenting support and user guides
Assisting with on-boarding to engineered solutions

Requirements:

Fundamental understanding of Java and JIRA
Understanding of programming best practices
Experienced with Linux (Red Hat)
Shell Programming/scripting
Web based development (HTML, Javascript, JSP, Servlets, Springboot, React, Angular)
Git
