Advanced Hygiene Process Operatives. Long Clawson Dairy (Clawson Farms). Based: Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ). Salary: £15.19 per hour + Great Benefits. Hours: 36.65 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 5:00pm to 1:00am. Why Clawson? We are a truly unique business! We are now seeking a number of Advanced Hygiene Operatives, to join the Clawson family situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A hardworking individual who thrives under pressure and stays focused on delivering excellent results
  • Experienced in food manufacturing (or a similar industry) is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of allergen awareness, food safety, and Health & Safety practices, your expertise helps ensure top standards
  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, but we’re happy to support your development if you’re keen to achieve it
  • Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and/or COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is a bonus, showing you're ready to contribute to a safe and efficient environment
