Job Description:

The Providence Spokane Heart Institute and Center for Advanced Heart Disease and Transplantation is expanding and seeking a full-time BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant cardiologist at 0.8 FTE with a 0.2 FTE Medical Directorship. Join a team of heart failure cardiologists and nurse practitioners continuing the tradition of over 30 years in heart transplantation in the Inland Northwest. This is a comprehensive service line encompassing ambulatory advanced heart failure and transplant clinics with specialty areas in amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, cardio-oncology and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Providence Sacred Heart Hospital is quaternary medical center serving a large geographic region of Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana and Eastern Oregon. The heart failure program runs a dedicated inpatient service caring for the full spectrum of heart failure patients including heart transplant, LVAD, percutaneous mechanical support, ECMO, TAH, and cardiogenic shock. Additional opportunities exist for research and education with residency programs and two regional medical schools.
