Job Description:

We're responsible for carrying out all gas repairs, serving and boiler installations for our customers. The tenancies we are responsible for are affordable rent, market rent and rent to buy. We are accountable in ensuring our colleagues are working safely to gas regulations keeping our customers and housing stock safe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out gas servicing, repairs and installation for customers
  • Identify issues and ensure corrective and preventative action is taken
  • Escalate to Gas Operations Supervisors where appropriate
  • Support Gas Operations Supervisors with complaints and areas of non-compliance
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure progress updates and relevant action is taken
  • Provide support to team and colleagues as required
  • Provide a high-quality, 'right first time' service to customers
  • Work safely according to Gas Safety legislation and Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

  • Hold ACS (A Credited Certificate), minimum requirements being CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1
  • City & Guilds Level 3 certificate in Domestic Heating
  • Hold a full driving license
