Job Responsibility

Carry out gas servicing, repairs and installation for customers in a timely manner
Identify issues and ensure corrective and preventative action is taken
Escalate to Gas Operations Supervisors where appropriate
Provide high-quality, 'right first time' service
Support Gas Operations Supervisors with complaints and areas of non-compliance
Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure progress updates and relevant action is taken
Work closely with team and colleagues to provide support as required
Work safely according to Gas Safety legislation and Health & Safety policies
