Job Description:

Carry out all gas repairs, serving and boiler installations for customers in affordable rent, market rent and rent to buy tenancies. Ensure colleagues are working safely to gas regulations keeping customers and housing stock safe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out gas servicing, repairs and installation for customers in a timely manner
  • Identify issues and ensure corrective and preventative action is taken
  • Escalate to Gas Operations Supervisors where appropriate
  • Provide high-quality, 'right first time' service
  • Support Gas Operations Supervisors with complaints and areas of non-compliance
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure progress updates and relevant action is taken
  • Work closely with team and colleagues to provide support as required
  • Work safely according to Gas Safety legislation and Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

  • ACS (A Credited Certificate) with minimum requirements CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1
  • City & Guilds Level 3 certificate in Domestic Heating
  • Full driving license
