Job Description

We are looking for a Advanced Duty Collections Agent, for the accounts receivable team of the DHL Shared Service Center in Maastricht. Are you an eager financial professional? Then this position might be a perfect match!

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate cash collection and query handling in an efficient and cost-effective manner aligned with process guidelines and policies
  • Work toward structural solutions for recurring collection issues
  • Communicate with service centers and gateways where shipments are held for payment
  • Coordinate the resolution of customs disputes according to escalation procedures
  • Manage databases and programs to provide timely responses to customers
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise to resolve recurring advanced duty collection issues
  • Communicate with external stakeholders
  • Resolve customs disputes end-to-end

  • Experience in the complex customer service field

  • Prepare check-in packets for the upcoming week, order office supplies as needed
  • Enter maintenance and service requests in SPI promptly. Block RCI points for unpaid accounts. Manage RCI banking, membership changes, and cancellations
  • All other duties as assigned
