Advanced Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in disability services or similar frontline, community‑based settings, with the ability to guide teams and uphold high‑quality participant outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Person-Centred Active Support
  • Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
  • A Full Victorian Driver Licence is required for this role
  • An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required for this role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational health medical monitoring and medical qualification program for P&G employees
  • Develop, interpret, and administer medical testing programs such as Hearing Tests, and Respirator Physicals which include Pulmonary Function Tests, Phlebotomy as indicated and if needed
