Job Responsibility:
Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift
Requirements:
Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight (active/sleepover)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Full Victorian driver’s licence
Valid Australian working rights
International police check (if applicable)
