Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for meaningful work in one of England’s most beautiful counties? We are recruiting on behalf of Devon County Council and we are looking for Advanced Children’s Social Workers to join Children & Families teams across Devon, offering the opportunity to work with complex cases, develop practice, and support colleagues within a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role within the team
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to support day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a smaller, more focused caseload
  • Work directly with children and families with complex needs
  • Carry out in-depth assessments
  • Deliver high-quality interventions

Requirements:
