Your work will directly enhance customer outcomes, reduce cost to collect, improve recoveries and ensure fairness and regulatory alignment across our end to end Collections journey. Job Responsibility:
Develop and enhance advanced analytics solutions across propensity to pay, credit risk, churn, recoveries, cost to collect, and customer journey effectiveness
Use profiling, segmentation, and exploratory analysis to shape robust technical designs and modelling approaches
Create clear documentation, monitoring packs, dashboards, and MI to track performance and support decision making at every level
Design and run experiments—including A/B tests and champion–challenger trials—to validate models and optimise treatment strategies
Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights that drive Collections & Payments strategy and improve customer outcomes
Build compelling insight decks for senior stakeholders, influencing product, strategy, operations, and digital journey design
Ensure all analytics products meet regulatory, fairness, and Consumer Duty standards, with a strong focus on vulnerability and ethical use of data
Collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Product, Data, and Governance teams to embed analytics into decision engines, digital pathways, and AI enabled solutions
Requirements:
Strong hands on experience in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and advanced analytics
Proficiency in SAS, SQL or similar analytical tools, with confidence working across large and complex datasets
Experience supporting governance, monitoring frameworks, and regulatory aligned analytical processes
Skilled at turning quantitative findings into compelling stories that influence strategy and decision making
Understanding of credit risk, arrears, collections, payments journeys, or wider financial services analytics
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, data driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
