Job Description

Through facilitating the sale of tickets to our many resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare and more, our friendly agents shine as the key to epic adventures for our guests

Job Responsibility

  • Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner, respond to email enquiries (both internally and externally generated)
  • Social media monitoring and engagement on all channels as needed
  • Manage Whistler Blackcomb's daily weather & operational communications including: messaging, composition, recording, and results tracking
  • Represent and promote Whistler Blackcomb at local tourism focused events such as Inside Scoop
  • Building and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships
  • Provide insights on guest experience by analyzing qualitative/unstructured data and identify areas for improvement: This includes our post-trip survey program, guest services feedback forms, social media channels, and enquiries via our department inbox
  • Work closely with the PSS leadership team. Coordinate job share's within the PSS division
  • Other duties as assigned
